Dear Brothers, of THOA As-salaam-O-Alaikum.

By the Grace of Allah-Taala, the most precious and prestigious website bearing the names of bonafide members of "Tamilnadu Haj Organisers association for the 2004-2005 is being released and presented to you.

Now I call upon all the members of our association to serve their respective intending Haj and Umarh pilgrims as best as possible, to save them from all inconveniences and calamities,to observe strictly all the rules and regulations which have been enforced by the royal government of Saudi Arabia for the observance of the private Haj/Umarh tour organisers during 2005 AD Umra season and 2006 AD Haj Season.

New Saudi rules for Umra 2005 have been enforced and all the members have already been informed extensively about them.In addition to that, all important information about the agreement which has been concluded between the Governments of India and the Royal Government of Saudi Arabia recently with regard to Haj 2004 A.D have also been supplied to all the members. The Strict observance of all these rules and instruction by every tour organiser is compulsory.This things must be noted by all members that now onward on Haj visa will be given individually to any person because hence forward a group must have at least fifty(50) intending pilgrims in order to get the Haj visa.

All the members are, therefore, requested not be indulge in such announcements and bookings which are detrimental to new rules and regulations.

It has often, been observed that some members not only bluff of mislead general public by their wrong publicity in spite of the fact that they have already been supplied correct and authentic informations in advance but also involving themselves in the losses to be borne by them ultimately.

All the members are, once more warned that they are essentially required to serve their prospective pilgrims in a correct and lawful manner,otherwise the defaulters or non-serious tour-0perators will bear the consequences themselves And the Association will not at all be able to help the wrong doers.These few Lines have been written as warning to the members so that they serve their Clients in quite correct manner.

Dear Brothers ! Tamilnadu Haj Organizers Association is now and onward keeping a Vigilant eye on its members routine.The Association will take an effective Instantaneous action against defaulters who do not observe seriously and strictly all the rules regulating the services to Haj nad Umarh pilgrims.

The Association will at once probe into the case and call explanation from the member and in case the member is found negligent or even doubtful,his membership Will be made null and void,and his case will be put up before the Government of India's Ministry of External Affairs and the Saudi Mission as well.Both or either of them may take any action and the Association will honour their observations.
